CLUB PERMITS

Club Permits represent your affiliation with a car club, signifying your membership within a vibrant automotive community.

By registering your car with a club permit, you benefit from significantly reduced registration costs and insurance premiums, allowing you to enjoy your vehicle at a fraction of the usual expenses.

Furthermore, as a club permit holder, you are exempt from paying vehicle stamp duty when transferring vehicles into your name, providing additional financial advantages and savings.

To qualify for a Club Permit, vehicles must be at least 25 years old, and owners must adhere to the specified limits on the number of driving days per year, as documented in the log book.

Upon registration with our services, we will assist you in completing the necessary paperwork. VicRoads will then issue you with club plates, a club permit sticker, and a logbook, enabling you to enjoy the benefits of the Club Permit program.

Ambassador

Ambassador membership is the maximum level of membership, incorporating unlimited club registered vehicles, an Absolute Enthusiasts hoodie, 20% off each event, windshield banner, AE logo keyring, AE small window sticker.

VicRoads charge for one year of club registration approximately $75 for 45 recorded days of driving and $150 for 90 record days of driving.

VicRoads does not charge the 4.2% ‘stamp duty’ tax on club permit vehicles.

Insurance companies have policies with drastically reduced premiums for Club Registered vehicles.
